Responsibilities of a Barista Prepare and serve top-quality coffee Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment Take customer orders and deliver outstanding customer service every time Adhere to all food safety and health & safety standards Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to create a smooth, enjoyable experience for customers Requirements At least 1 year of barista experience Excellent communication and people skills Ability to perform well under pressure and keep a positive attitude Energetic, reliable, and proactive approach to work Basic Food Safety Certificate (Excel can assist with this if needed) Driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous for travel between sites Benefits A brilliant opportunity to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in a variety of café settings Mainly daytime shifts - enjoy your evenings free!
