The Opportunity
This highly respected Real Estate team is expanding due to a strong pipeline of work and exciting new client wins. Working alongside a team of Partners, Counsel, and other talented lawyers, youll advise on major development, investment, and financing projects. Youll also enjoy early responsibility, client contact, and the chance to work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, including corporate, funds, and tax.

What Youll Be Doing
* Drafting and negotiating high-value real estate agreements, leases, and development contracts
* Managing transactions and supporting junior lawyers and trainees
* Collaborating closely with other teams on multi-disciplinary matters
* Building long-term relationships with a diverse client base of top investors, developers, and corporates
* Attending industry events and supporting business development initiatives
What Theyre Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 35 years PQE in Real Estate
* Strong academic record and experience at a leading firm
* Exposure to a variety of real estate transactions (development, investment, JV agreements)
* A commercial mindset and strong drafting skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
