Claims Administrator Role type : Permanent Hours of work : 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Based in Hartlebury, Worcestershire, Forest Garden is the UK's market leading manufacturer and distributor of garden timber products. Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting the Claims Manager with all aspects of administration daily. The Role: Always investigate and resolve customer claims and queries within the Company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional approach with customers Create and maintain close working relationships with internal departments to work towards claims resolution Maintain ledgers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date Complete projects and resolve issues as required Will involve telephone contact and interaction with customers The Person: Able to deal with people calmly and rationally Able to take a positive approach to difficult situations without getting flustered Will be an experienced Microsoft Office user Can demonstrate initiative, problem solving and analytical ability Will possess excellent communication and team working skills.
