CK Group - Science, Clinical and Technical
CK Group is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a Hazardous Waste Management company on a full-time, permanent basis. The salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
Location:
This is a field-based role covering the South of England.
Key Account Manager Role:
Your main duties will include:
1. Customer service and sales.
2. Identifying and securing new business and customer opportunities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
3. Attending conferences and networking events to promote the company and increase awareness.
4. Carrying out client site visits.
5. Creating and presenting quotations and proposals.
6. Working closely with internal sales and finance teams.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the waste industry.
* A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets of over £450k per annum.
* Competence in using CRM systems.
* Sales and opportunity qualification training is desired.
