Qualifications
Applicants must have achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Water Engineering related degree by September 2026. No prior experience is required.

Your Role Will Include
* Undertaking feasibility studies and developing detailed designs for capital projects.
* Developing project management skills and managing internal and external stakeholders when leading on projects.
* Working with Capital Partners and the wider supply chain to deliver projects.

Graduates will be based primarily in South Wales, with occasional travel to sites across Wales and its borders as required.
Recruitment Process
Applications will be accepted until May 3rd. Shortlisted candidates will complete an assessment, followed by an in-person assessment centre in South East Wales around June 2026.
