What You'll Do Day To Day
* Perform high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or replacements needed
* Provide expert technical advice to customers with clear and professional communication
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards to build trust and loyalty
* Collaborate with the service reception and workshop control teams to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
* Offer guidance and support to fellow Technicians, promoting teamwork and shared learning
Helpful Skills And Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
* Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
* Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality
* Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
* A current MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
* Full UK driving licence required
