The Advocate Group is proud to partner with a globally renowned, family-owned drinks business in the search for a Customer Marketing Manager - eCommerce on a fixed term basis to drive digital excellence and deliver standout brand performance across key online retail channels.

The Role
* Develop and execute activation plans aligned to customer and channel strategies.
* Lead paid media campaigns and optimise performance across grocery platforms.
* Analyse data to drive actions, compliance, and ROI.
* Manage own budget and contribute to planning and evaluation meetings.
* Integrate e-commerce campaigns with brand marketing plans and budgets.
* Track, report, and optimise online activations for maximum impact.
About You
* Experience in e-commerce/onlineretail Customer Marketing Manager role.
* Experience in FMCG, ideally drinks.
* Knowledge of Criteo & Citrus is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive commercial decisions.
* Comfortable working across multiple internal and external teams.
