The Role
As Senior Sales Consultant / Supervisor, you’ll support the Showroom Manager in delivering an impeccable customer experience and maintaining the high standards our clientele expect. You'll play a key role in driving in-store sales, supporting eCommerce and social media activity, and helping lead a small, close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional luxury experience to every client, in-store and online
* Support the day-to-day running of the showroom and uphold visual merchandising standards
* Take ownership of sales opportunities and consistently meet performance targets
* Contribute to the management and growth of the brand’s social media presence
* Assist with eCommerce operations and international order fulfilment
* Respond to customer queries with polish and professionalism
* Build lasting relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients
* Act as a trusted brand ambassador at all times
