Hours : Monday to Friday - (35hrs) per week

Salary : £22, per annum rising to £23, once probationary periodpleted

Grade : CM10

Location : 4 Simonsburn Road, Loreny Industrial Estate, Kilmarnock, KA1 5LA

The role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented cash processor to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for handling, counting, and verifying cash transactions accurately and efficiently. If you are someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and values precision, we encourage you to apply. Other key responsibilities include:
1. Accurately process iing and outgoing cash assignments, adhering to set customer deadlines and requirements.
2. Identification of cash discrepancies and appropriate reporting
3. Process/prepare all allocated items, including automated teller machine (ATM) cassettes, as required by daily role including receipt and dispatch.
4. Amalgamation of cash counted toplete a daily balance.
5. Wrap, strap, band, pack and weigh all cash, by denomination and type.
6. Potential long periods of standing/sitting, including manual handling.
7. Adhere to allpany policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Other daily duties as delegated by the leadership team.

What you'll need on day one.
9. Ability to meet assigned targets/deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
10. Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving cash bags.
11. Potential long periods of standing.
12. Health and safety awareness.
13. Good attention to detail.
14. Strong numeracy skills and numeric keyboard skills.
15. Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
