Responsibilities

* Lead shifts, support daily operations, and bring hands‑on energy throughout the kitchen.
* Deliver exceptional dishes that embody our Hospitality Magic ethos, while guiding, training, and inspiring the kitchen team.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised kitchen by following food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP policies.
* Take ownership of kitchen paperwork – temperature checks, cleaning records and compliance logs – ensuring accuracy and accountability.
* Assist with stock control, portioning and waste reduction to support sustainable, efficient operations.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage service, respond to feedback and continuously improve.
* Support a positive, respectful kitchen culture where teamwork and celebration go hand in hand.
* Embrace feedback, develop leadership skills and bring energy and resilience to every shift.
* Work closely with the front‑of‑house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
