We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team.
Role Summary
As a Housekeeper at Kaplan Living you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within student accommodation. Responsible for cleaning communal areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and lounges, the Housekeeper helps ensure a safe, tidy, and welcoming living environment for students. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, replenishing supplies, and supporting the overall wellbeing of residents.

What you’ll bring to the role
1. Have experience in customer service, hospitality or student service provision, ideally in Hotels or Student accommodation
2. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
3. Good communication and customer care skills
4. Capable of working with minimum supervision
5. Work as a team player and pass on knowledge to others
6. Embrace the ‘more than just a room’ philosophy of Kaplan Living
7. Be a COSHH & Health & Safety Champion.
8. Have a passion for customer care and a sensitivity to students needs
9. Have experience in a customer facing environment
10. Ability to offer flexibility in working hours.
