Responsibilities: We serve as the functional and technical lead for Infor M3 modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales. We lead business workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. We translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. We collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. We oversee data migration, integrations, system testing, training, and go-live activities. We develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials. We provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives. We coordinate with Infor and third-party implementation partners to resolve issues and manage risks.
