Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:
* Experience in retail technology, eCommerce, or consumer-facing digital environments
* 3+ years experience across Delivery Management, Product Ownership, Product Management, and Business Analysis in any combination
* Strong grounding in Agile, with relevant certifications
* Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and feature definitions
* Confidence managing backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional teams
* A passion for Product as a discipline and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
* Strong coaching skills and the ability to bring others on the journey
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Calmness under pressure and the ability to lead with confidence
* A relevant degree (2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar)
Responsibilities:
* Lead product delivery across enterprise-scale retail and eCommerce programmes
* Define high-level product requirements, shape features, and manage prioritisation
* Own and refine the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment
* Run Agile ceremonies and maintain a healthy delivery rhythm
* Coach teams and clients on Product thinking, Agile practices, and modern delivery models
* Help shape and test new internal methodologies before taking them to clients
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to build trust, influence decisions, and drive outcomes
* Support organisations transitioning into Agile ways of working
* Work on-site with clients when needed, typically 1-2 days per week
