We're Hiring: Freelance Site Supervisor

Dayrate: £250 - £300 a day
Duration: Short term / long term/ ongoing
Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Supervisor for a civils/groundworks project in Manchester City Centre, starting ASAP.
What you'll do as a Freelance Site Supervisor:
* Assist in daily management and coordination of civils and groundworks operations
* Supervise contractors and subcontractors on-site daily.
* Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification.
* Assist with setting out checks, levels, and quality assurance inspections.
* Report directly to the Site Manager/ Project Manager.
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
* Maintain accurate site records, including diaries and permits.
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Supervisor:
* Experience working within civils
* CSCS
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Temp Works Awareness (preferred)
* Experience as an Assistant Site Manager in Civils
