Key Details
* Employer: Prestigious Indian Restaurant
* Location: Central London
* Salary: Circa £40,000 gross OTE (incl. share of tronc / service charge + target‑led bonus)
* Hours: Up to 48 hours per week / 5 days (to be confirmed)

Responsibilities
Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with the position. The main function is to implement optimal and efficient management and deliver a polished customer experience befitting a prestige upscale restaurant.
Required Qualifications
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role
* Personal alcohol licence
* Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
* Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
* Computer literacy
* Sound financial and business acumen
* Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
