We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Rowley Regis. This person has a Spinal Injury and Autonomic Dysreflexia, but this does not define them. They have a great sense of humour and enjoy hobbies such as spending time with family and shooting. To support their outings, local knowledge of Rowley Regis and a full UK Driving Licence are required.
Enriching activities are important in this role. You will bring an empathetic approach to support, engaging in meaningful activities and community outings to promote social interaction and well-being. Household tasks to maintain a comfortable and organized environment will also be part of your responsibilities. Clear communication in their preferred manner is essential to build trust.
