Your new role
In this role you will take responsibility for a portfolio of subrogated property recovery matters, carrying out detailed investigations, analysing liability, and progressing claims involving a range of domestic andmercial losses. You’ll work directly with insurer clients, coordinate with experts and counsel, and drive each case toward an effective resolution through negotiation or litigation.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you’ll need at least 12 months of practical experience handling subrogated property recovery claims, with a solid understanding of how to investigate causation, assess liability, and progress files efficiently. You’ll also need strong analytical skills, confidence managing evidence and negotiations, and the ability to work collaboratively with insurer clients and external experts.
