A growing organisation in Billingham is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial administration who enjoys supporting a dynamic team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
* Assist with cashflow updates and invoice processing
* Support administration and credit control tasks
* Manage employee records, including starters and leavers
* Reconcile purchase ledger accounts and assist with payment runs
* Code and process credit card transactions and other financial adjustments
* Support direct debit management and related reporting
* Provide general administrative and finance support, covering team tasks as required
Skills & Experience
