About the Role
We are hiring a Client Director to build and lead a substantial portfolio of client work, driving growth and achieving revenue and profit targets through business development, creating compelling solutions, and leading the design and delivery of impactful programs and transformations that satisfy our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a client portfolio with overall accountability for its success, driving the commercial performance of client projects, ensuring quality solution design and delivery, and engaging in new business development activities such as networking, proposal development, and delivering high-quality pitches.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale strategic projects and clients in senior roles, particularly in:
* Designing leadership development solutions within large organizations, or
* Change management or transformation initiatives
Through effective business development, the candidate will have led growth efforts and delivered tailored solutions to the market using creative and innovative approaches. They should be a charismatic networker with executive presence, ideally possessing existing relationships at senior levels with potential partners, and exhibit high emotional intelligence, creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to persuade and guide others toward success.
Office Location and Travel
Our most innovative work is fostered through collaboration and ideation in our office environment. This role is based in the office five days a week and requires travel to client sites domestically and internationally.
