What You’ll Do
* Shape and deliver Alexander Dennis' people strategy across the UK and overseas territories.
* Work closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, and Marketing.
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance on talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, and cultural change.
* Act as a trusted partner helping teams and the business thrive.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years of generalist HR experience at Advisor or Business Partner level.
* Strong knowledge of HR, employment law, and employee relations.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Organised, commercially aware, confident working with leaders, staff representatives and employee forums.
* A collaborative mindset, positive energy, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Bonus if you have
* A degree in HR or Business.
* CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it.
* Experience with integrated HR and payroll systems or community and employee engagement initiatives.
