Salary: Up to £55k per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm/ 8am-4pm

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fabulous beauty brand to recruit a Brand Manager to take the reins on brand strategy, activation, and growth.
We will only be considering applications from candidates within the beauty, or similar industry sectors.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional who loves bringing a brand to life from crafting standout campaigns and driving awareness, to ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across markets, working closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure everything is on point and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the brand strategy to strengthen market position and drive sales growth.
* Own and deliver annual brand plans, including campaign planning, launches, and seasonal activity.
* Collaborate with NPD teams to support go-to-market strategies for new products and key collections.
* Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI across campaigns.
* Oversee creative output including packaging, digital, social, and in-store assets — ensuring brand alignment.
* Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns on time and within budget.
* Monitor brand performance through key metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
* Champion brand consistency across all channels, regions, and teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience in brand management, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.
* Strong commercial understanding with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
* Experienced in managing agencies, suppliers, and budgets.
* Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Analytical and insight-driven — confident interpreting sales and consumer data.
* Passionate about branding and innovation, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
