Fresh Direct are currently recruiting for a Data & Systems Coordinator to join the team on a Full Time, 12 Month basis.
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating data-related activities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data. You will oversee data collection, maintaining databases, and providing analytical support to various departments. As a Data & Systems Coordinator you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management practices and support business objectives.
Our role is Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm and is offering hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the Bicester office, so you must be within a commutable distance.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits and validation.
* Generate and interpret data reports, charts, and tables to support decision-making.
* Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
* Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and data quality.
* Work closely with various departments to collect data and fulfill data reporting requirements.
* Maintain ongoing changes within codes set up or account set up
* Provide technical assistance to staff and other users on data management tools and systems.
* Ensure data management practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
* Routing, accounts and code updates
* Investigating discrepancies or errors with codes/accounts
* Creating new log in information for customers within portals
* Support the S&D analyst in projects and new ERP implementation
