Vehicle Technician required in the Hayle area
1. Volume Main Dealer
2. Up to £30,000 basic salary Depending on experience
3. £36,000 OTE uncapped
4. Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
Our Client is looking to add a Service Technician to their busy Volume Dealer workshop in Hayle. If you would like to work for a fantastic team in a great environment where everyone is valued for their contribution, then this is the company for you.
To be considered for this Vehicle Technician role, you will need:
5. Qualified Level 2 or above in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
6. Confident in all jobs from servicing to MOT testing to be able to advise service advisors and customers
7. A Full UK Driving License
8. Experience of working in a fast paced environment
9. Able to make on the spot decisions, with the customers and company at best interests in mind
10. Advantageous but not essential to have an MOT licence
Job Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
11. Diagnose complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems, as well as routine service and repairs.
12. Ensure quality workmanship and a first time fix to keep our customers happy.
13. Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and spot opportunities to upsell.
14. Liaise with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
15. Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
