Your Role
As a Health & Safety Assessor and IQA, you'll:
* Assess and internally quality assure Level 3-7 NVQs in Occupational Health & Safety and Construction Site Management.
* Work directly with learners to support their progression and competence.
* Maintain high-quality assessment practices and support assessor development.
* Uphold the integrity of assessment and IQA systems through regular standardisation and compliance checks.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced professionals who:
* Hold CMIOSH status (Chartered Member of IOSH).
* Hold a Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (or equivalent).
* Are qualified assessors with one of the following:
* A1/A2, D32/D33, or
* Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA).
* Have recent, relevant industry experience in health and safety and/or construction site management.
* Are confident with online e-portfolio systems (preferably Quals Direct).
* Are willing to visit candidates on-site when necessary (travel expenses and car allowance provided).
