Job: Project Specialist

Hourly Rate: £20.00 PAYE or £26.76 Umbrella
Location: Barrow-in-Furness - twice per week hybrid
Contract: 12 months (Opportunity to be extended)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of defined work packages / tasks to cost/schedule/quality targets
* Monitor and report project/programme performance for schedule, technical, financial and quality objectives.
* Leading problem-solving sessions to pro-actively overcome project issues
* Establish & maintain customer/supplier relationships maintaining regular communications & managing expectations.
* Taking responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Good knowledge and understanding of PM policies, processes, procedures and systems.
* PM experience demonstrated in a professional capacity within a project.
* Good knowledge and understanding of their project.
* Good understanding of one or more PM tools techniques and practices.
* Good knowledge of the Business environment for their project.
* Knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
* Experience of working with stakeholders typically inside the company.
