About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Childrens Home Registered Manager someone who truly understands how to turn a house into a home.
As our client continues to expand, this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined leader to oversee a childrens residential home, inspiring a committed team to deliver exceptional care. With your guidance, the home will provide children with:

About You
You will be someone who:
Has a minimum of 5 years experience in a role relevant to the residential care of children
Has at least 2 years experience supervising and managing staff
Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce
Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Has achieved a recent Ofsted rating of Good or Outstanding
