Overview
We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Middleton (M24 4EL). The role involves supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence. You will inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values, contributing towards the success of the store.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest standard of customer service
* Achieve sales targets
* Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising
* Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
* Support recruitment and development of volunteers
* Meet expectations within campaign activities
* Work with the manager to generate stock
Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, which means we require flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, but rewarding as you play a part in funding life-saving research.

* Experience in a customer facing role
* Supervisory experience
* Commercially driven to encourage new ideas
