Training Centre Receptionist and Administrator
Duties include:
1. Reception duties at the on-site Training Centre
2. Booking students, managing course lists, and collecting course feedback
3. Using administration systems and computer-based tools for administrative tasks
4. Supporting the coordination of training schedules and additional training support
5. Creating reports from computer-based systems
6. Liaising with Brand Automotive Dealerships regarding training requirements
7. Supporting bookings and logistics for new vehicle launches and training events
8. Promoting training courses within the dealer network
9. Booking delegates for planned training courses
10. Managing Training Centre logistics
11. Performing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor that match the required competencies and skills
Required qualifications and knowledge:
* Basic administrative skills for projects following predefined processes
* Experience in reception/admin roles in training companies or dealerships is preferred but not essential
* Team player with a friendly approach, excellent organisational and communication skills, customer-oriented
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)
