Experienced Senior Female Care Assistants – Make a Difference Every Day

Must have a UK driving licence and access to your own car
Flexibility a must - This role includes covering staff annual leave/absence and working in new packages of support at short notice until recruited for.

What you’ll do
* Provide personal care and companionship to people in their own homes
* Support with medication and daily routines
* Help clients build skills, confidence, and independence
* Be a friendly face, a listening ear, and a trusted presence
* Keep clear records to ensure safe, consistent care
* Create and review care plans and risk assessments
* Undertake monthly audits
* Mentor and assess new staff
* Complete new staff induction meetings
* Complete unannounced spot checks

What we’re looking for

* Experience working in home care or similar role within health and social care
