We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead and deliver transformative technology projects across ERP, CRM, web platforms, and business process improvement. You will act as the strategic and operational deputy to the Director of Business Technology, driving digital transformation and modernising legacy systems. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technology programme management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management to ensure systems and processes support business growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead digital transformation initiatives across ERP, CRM, web platforms, and IT infrastructure.
* Manage and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and support staff.
* Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring project deliverables meet business priorities and timelines.
* Redesign and optimise business processes to support system modernisation and centralised data management.
* Deliver key projects such as CRM rollouts, website quoting tools, and customer data integration.
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align technology solutions with business needs.
* Monitor performance KPIs, create executive-level reports, and contribute to quarterly strategy reviews.
