Your day with Team Carden: Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team during service Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly Support management with opening/closing duties and cash handling Assist with staff training Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies Enjoy a 40 hour contract, working a variety of shifts which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends. Salary of £27,000 per annum Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
