Schedule: 4-day week (Evening shift following training period)

As a Facilities Operative at Terex, based in Ballymoney, you'll play a pivotal role in providing maintenance and continuous improvement of the facilities functions for our Terex facility located in Ballymoney. General responsibility for problem solving, troubleshooting and fixes, maintenance of facilities and grounds and providing support for site operations.
What you’ll do
1. Troubleshooting problems with all company assets and equipment.
2. Responsibility for waste management.
3. Site & grounds maintenance as required.
4. Adhering to safe working practices.
5. Ensure safe, efficient and sustainable operation of assets.
6. Perform administrative functions relating to operations, including reports and records.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant/required regulations/programs both internally and externally.
8. Day to day liaison with internal and external customers.
9. Perform housekeeping of all facilities to maintain cleanliness and general appearance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
10. Continually gain knowledge of all aspects of operations.
11. Recommend and specify proper equipment and procedural needs to meet company goals.
12. Test and troubleshoot all equipment and systems to support operations.
13. Complete and maintain proper records.
14. Ensuring the operation of all equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, repairs and maintaining appropriate equipment inventories.
15. Assist in the management and organization of all aspects of operations and maintenance.
16. Assist in the shutdown and startup of equipment and site pre and post shutdown periods.
