A leading player in the FMCG space is looking for a commercially astute, data-driven leader to step into a high-impact role as Head of Commercial Strategy & Insights. This role will lead a team of commercial insight professionals and work closely with pricing, promotions, and revenue management teams to build a smarter, insight-led future. You’ll be part of a senior leadership team, influencing both internal and external stakeholders with powerful, actionable analysis.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop long-range pricing and promotional strategies that drive profit and market share
* Lead commercial insight delivery to key partners, helping optimise trade spend and category performance
* Analyse competitive activity across channels and retailers, identifying commercial opportunities
* Influence internal decision-making through deep insights into consumer and shopper behaviour
* Coach and develop a high-performing team while collaborating across analytics, commercial, and category functions
* Play a key role in the evolution of commercial tools, AI simulations, and NRM best practices
What You’ll Bring:
* A proven track record in Revenue Management or Commercial Strategy within a major FMCG environment
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management
* Mastery of external data sources and a passion for turning complexity into clarity
* Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at board level and across functions
* Experience managing and developing a team
* Excellent communication, critical thinking, and storytelling skills
