About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated P.E. Teacher to join our SEN school in the North West London. This position is open to both qualified teachers looking to further their career in education, as well as unqualified teachers who are passionate about sports, fitness, and inspiring young people.
As a P.E. Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons, supporting students of varying abilities, and helping them achieve their physical and personal development goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in education, sport, and wellbeing to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality physical education lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Promote healthy, active lifestyles and positive attitudes towards fitness and teamwork.
Assess, track, and monitor student progress, ensuring all learners are supported.
Organise extracurricular activities, sports clubs, and school competitions.
Inspire and motivate students to participate in sport, regardless of ability.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
Qualified Teachers:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Previous experience teaching P.E. in schools.
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
Unqualified Teachers:
A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
Experience working with young people, ideally in a sporting or educational capacity.
A passion for sport, fitness, and inspiring the next generation.
Willingness to undergo teacher training and professional development.
