Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast growing, dynamic law firm based in Worthing looking to add to their team of Customer Consultants. There are a number of positions available – the company offers genuine career prospects, has led to a number of internal promotions and departmental reorganisations, and provides extensive training so that you don’t need any office experience. The firm specialises in litigation and is a market leader in credit management, particularly the servicing of purchased debt.
Responsibilities
Speak to customers, understand their individual situation, review their income and expenditure, and tailor a repayment plan to suit their needs. This 100% telephone‑based role involves both inbound and outbound calls in a busy, exciting call centre environment where you will be fully supported by a team of colleagues. The role is suitable for someone with a fair, ethical approach who would like to help people on their road to financial recovery and make a real difference to the customers you interact with.
Qualifications
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude. Experience can come from any industry, for example retail.
Benefits and Compensation
Starting salary: £19,200, increasing to £20,200 after passing probation. Opportunity to earn a bonus up to 35% of salary by achieving quality, customer, and commercial targets. Working Hours
40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern: one week on morning shifts, one week on afternoon shifts between 8 am and 8 pm. One in three Saturdays, 9 am–1 pm.
