Brand Manager
FMCG - Soft Drinks
📍 Uxbridge - West London (hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)
Circa £55,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 12% bonus + benefits
The opportunity:
Iconic well loved brand mid - large size business. Involved in the development of the innovation pipeline and a big flavour launch in the category. You will be involved in seeing how the results are coming to life!
What will my accountabilities be?
• Building the future and engaging the business with the focus on the in year execution.
• Lead & develop specific projects that are within the annual commercial plan
• Lead a cross functional team to launch and manage specific innovation and renovation (including liquid and packaging) projects for the brand.
• Drive the brand P&L to deliver against challenging yet exciting financial growth objectives
• A key role will supporting the team with generating data analysis and insight across multiple sources internally and externally to help inform business decisions.
• Work closely with the Sales function to identify customer needs and opportunities and build an exceptional activation platform
• Lead communications campaigns to support initiatives that are key to delivery of the yearly brand plan
A great candidate will have:
Relevant professional experience (including within FMCG)
• Passion and curiosity for deeply understanding consumers
• Strong project leadership competencies
• Strong brand performance tracking capability
• Consistent track record of delivering brilliant results
• A good understanding of the commercial environment
• Able to demonstrate ability to engage and inspire people
• Able to deal with ambiguity and change

You will work with:
• Your direct team will be the other Execution team members including: Marketing Manager, SBM, 2 x BM’s, ABM.
• Brand strategic team who focus on the 3-5 year horizon.
• Marketing community, Head of, Marketing Director
• Various levels of the sales teams
• Category and shopper teams
• Customers: Category controllers and buyers across all channels
• Senior leadership including board level
