About the Role
As part of our evening care team, you’ll:
* Provide personal care
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Assist with medication and health needs
* Help with food preparation and light domestic tasks
* Drive between clients (UK or international licence + own car required)
You’ll follow a structured two‑week rota (including every other weekend), giving both stability and a healthy work‑life balance.
Pay & Benefits
* £15.07 per hour weekdays | £15.63 per hour weekends (includes rolled‑up holiday pay)
* Flexible hours – part‑time or full‑time to suit you
* PM shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (ideal for evening availability)
* Mileage – 25p per mile
* Enhanced DBS & Social Care Wales registration fee paid
* Blue Light Card (saving you £70+)
* Free PPE & uniforms
* 5‑day induction training (paid after working 100 hours) + ongoing support
