We are looking for a skilled and creative Junior to Mid-Level Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic production team; In this role, you will create compelling and effective banners for platforms such as Meta and Google;
Challenges You’ll Face:
* Designing visually striking, performance-driven creatives for advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms;
* Resizing creatives for various Google formats while ensuring design integrity and effectiveness;
* Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with campaign objectives;
* Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends, marketing strategies, and platform-specific best practices to keep your work fresh and impactful;
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
We Expect You to Have:
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects;
* A solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and how design influences advertising results;
* Skills in using AI tools to enhance creativity or optimize workflow;
* Keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing;
* Creative, out-of-the-box thinking that translates into innovative marketing assets;
* Strong time management and self-organization skills to efficiently handle multiple deadlines;
* A background in marketing, giving you insights into crafting designs that drive advertising success;

* Familiarity with additional tools and software like Adobe After Effects or Illustrator;
* A passion for exploring and experimenting with the latest trends in digital design and advertising;
