Description Motability Operations are currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Polisher / Paint Technician to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis.

This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest polishing and paint correction equipment.
What you'll be doing: Machine polishing and finishing vehicle paintwork Blocking and polishing panels to a high standard Removing defects (de-nibbing) and carrying out paint rectification Completing final-stage polish to prepare vehicles for handover Delivering right-first-time results to reconditioning standards Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.
Package: Up to £35,700 basic salary Bonus up to 15% 15% pension contribution Hours: 45 hours per week 9-hour shifts between 06:30
