The Role
As a Senior Architect, you will take a leadership role within the practice - guiding projects from early concept through to completion while mentoring and inspiring a young, enthusiastic team. You’ll bring strong technical expertise across RIBA Stages 0-7 and a proven ability to deliver high-quality architecture across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both design thinking and project delivery, and who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the studio.
Experience in Revit highly desirable, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, supporting their professional development
* Manage architectural projects through all RIBA stages (0-7), ensuring design quality, technical excellence, and sustainability
* Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, innovative design solutions
* Uphold Gravity Architects’ commitment to quality, creativity, and design integrity across all projects
* Contribute to a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified architect with extensive experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
* A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, innovative architectural work
* Experience working in NI, ROI, and/or the UK
