As a result of our reputation and growth in this space, we have an opportunity for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Government sales team. This is an exciting chance to join our high-performance Public Sector Sales team with opportunities for growth and development and an impressive customer base.


What will you do?


Find

* Identify new name accounts through self-generation activities including marketing, referrals and social media, in addition to working with the existing marketing team to generate sales-ready leads (SQL) for the sales team.
* Identify growth opportunities within a small set of existing customers.
* Work closely with internal and external partners, ANS Marketing, other ANS Sales teams and Microsoft to maximise the ANS product set within accounts.


Win

* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through CRM, including working with pre-sales solution architects on new logos and existing customers.


Grow

* Manage a small set of enterprise and mid-market accounts within the vertical or sector.
* Oversee the delivery throughout the project and own the commercial relationship.
* Ensure a smooth transition into delivery and then a smooth transition into Service Delivery.
* Provide a single point of contact and engagement plans.
* Develop an ANS product and service penetration matrix for each account—baselines and opportunities.
* Work closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Customer Solutions Architect (CSA), including attending Service Reviews, QBRs and project updates, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Facilitate renewals with the CSM, CSA and renewals team.
* Fully understand the landscape and people, identify share of wallet across our services.
* Own all actions related to the accounts.
* Collaborate with Microsoft account teams on both new logos and existing accounts.


What will you bring to the role?

* High degree of motivation, goal-oriented, high-energy and highly focused.
* Proven successful sales experience with a track record of quota achievement; direct sales experience preferred.
* Experience in a solution sales environment, preferably in IT services and managed projects and through to support.
* Strong understanding of the software market, including hosted applications, managed hosted, software solutions, CRM, SaaS or similar, where customer service is key.
* Significant track record of developing routes to the Enterprise and Mid-Market place and driving exceptional sales performance.
* Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of new business acquisition and ability to contribute to growth.
* Fast on feet, quick learner, comfortable with minimal resources and wearing several hats through the sales process.
* Proven business-to-business sales experience.
* Classically sales trained with a reputable organisation (e.g., Meddic or similar) such as Spin, TAS, Huthwaite, Major Account Selling.
