About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Support pupils with their learning and encourage engagement. Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues. This is an excellent opportunity for: Graduates considering a career in teaching.
