Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships? As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of Customer Support Specialist activities to support the growth of THX’s sales performance.
You will also be expected to track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of the business.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to ensure that THX consistently exceeds customer expectations and delivers a seamless experience.
Primary responsibilities and duties:
* Answering the main phoneline and providing support to customers.
* Managing of inbox(s) of a Customer Support Specialist(s).
* Handling incoming orders, queries and quotes from customers.
* Managing and responding to website orders.
* Managing and responding to customer web chats.
* Ensuring THX’s system is updated with customer account activity, including administration of off-hires/on-hires.
* Liaising with customers about orders and collections to ensure they are up to date.
* Liaising with colleagues in other teams to manage delivery and service.
* All other reasonable management requests.
Secondary responsibilities and duties:
* Supporting marketing campaigns and other activities.
* Weekly and monthly invoicing.
* Managing invoice queries from supplier.
Essential experience, skills & attributes for the role:
* Experience and success in supporting a sales and/or account management team.
* Experience of target driven environments and delivering to targets set.
* Experience of assessing and resolving issues.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of good sales and account management administration practices.
* Experience of providing administrative support to multiple colleagues.
* Experience of managing multiple priorities.
* High level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
