We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to manage M&E building services across two schools on a single campus. This is a single-person site role, with support from mobile engineers, subcontractors, and an apprentice joining next year. Key Duties: * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance. * First line mechanical maintenance. * Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations. * Record keeping and reporting. Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * Experience in commercial or educational environments. * Ability to work independently.
