The Role You will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to students aged 5-11 years old with various special educational needs: All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Primary needs: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties Additional needs may include ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), and attachment difficulties The school provides therapeutic support including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy, and equine therapy.
