We are seeking a motivated, confident and compassionate Social Care Team Lead to join our integrated multi‑professional team. * Support complex case management and inter-professional working
* Ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with Trust policy and safeguarding standards
* Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture

* At least 3 years’ experience working with adults in health or social care
* Experience supervising or managing staff, including performance management
* Strong communication skills and confidence in supporting complex situations
* Ability to lead calmly under pressure and navigate challenging conversations
* Commitment to high-quality care, learning culture, and continuous improvement
* A values‑driven approach: kindness, inclusivity, integrity.

Benefits

* A wide range of staff benefits are available to our staff including staff development
* Enrolment in the NHS pension scheme
* Auto-enrolment to our Temporary Workforce Service
* Access to onsite nurseries, staff restaurants and accommodation
* In addition to an internal Occupational Health department, all staff have access to free psychological support through our confidential Employee Assistance Programme
