We are looking for 2 Business Analyst with different seniority and experience levels to join our team and support one of our key clients—a multinational leader in the Credit Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate findings into actionable documentation.
Collaborate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
Support the full project lifecycle using Agile and PRINCE2 principles.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups and JIRA activities, documenting actions and decisions.
Assist with test planning, UAT and smoke testing to validate business needs.
Track, report and manage testing defects to closure.
Produce clear documentation and training materials.
Support knowledge transfer processes and define support models.
