Overview:
We are supporting a leading composites manufacturer in the North Buckinghamshireregion who are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join their day shift team. You will be producing high-quality composite components for motorsport and advanced engineering projects, working to tight tolerances and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hand-lay carbon fibre laminating using pre-preg materials
* Working from technical drawings, ply books and work instructions
* Preparing moulds, including cleaning, release application and general prep
* Bagging and de-bagging components
* Trimming, bonding and finishing composite parts
* Ensuring components meet quality, dimensional and cosmetic requirements
* Supporting production schedules and working effectively within a team environment
Requirements:

* Previous experience as a composite laminator (motorsport or high-end composites preferred)
* Strong understanding of pre-preg laminating and cleanroom processes
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and ply books
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
