Single Homeless Project has an opportunity for a Project Worker - Complex Needs to join our experienced and committed teams based in Islington. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at £28,953.79 and rising incrementally to £31,101.42 per annum.

About the Project Worker role:
As a Project Worker for Complex Needs, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping. You will provide compassionate, high-quality support to individuals facing challenges such as mental health issues, substance use, trauma, and offending behaviour. Your role involves connecting clients with vital services, empowering them to overcome barriers, and improving their wellbeing.
You will foster hope and resilience by guiding clients toward personal growth, training, and employment opportunities. You will help them build meaningful relationships, engage with their community, and develop confidence to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Working in a dynamic hostel setting, you will collaborate with specialists to offer a tailored, holistic approach that guides clients toward independence and community engagement.
About you:
* A non-judgemental approach to working with multi-disadvantaged clients, promoting a strengths-based approach.
* Strong team-working and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to delivering service objectives.
* Experience helping people identify personal goals and supporting them through change, including managing challenging situations calmly and effectively.
* Strong time management skills, ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high standards.
* Willingness to work on a rota system with early and late shifts, including evenings and weekends.
