Our Client Crystal Clear Media is requiring an experienced individual as Our New Accounts Assistant
Location: Cheadle Hulme, Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year (DOE)
Hours: Full-time
Crystal Clear Media is expanding fast — especially with our recent acquisition of Multimedia — and we’re looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our friendly, forward-thinking team
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sales Ledger: Invoice creation and payment allocation
* Purchase Ledger: Invoice logging and bill payments
* Bank Reconciliation: Keeping accounts balanced
* Payroll Support: Submitting payroll for our 12-person team
* Ad-hoc Tasks: Supporting accountants with additional requests
What We’re Looking For
* Basic accounts knowledge (experience essential)
* Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks is essential
* Organised, accurate, and deadline-driven
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Must be able to drive due to office location
